Villa Art déco, Prins Karellaan 24 — Knokke-Heist

An Art Deco villa built in 1935 to designs by the architect Raymond Heyneman. The white-painted brick building stands on a black-painted plinth; since the façade was painted in a single flat colour, the imitation-stone details no longer stand out from it. The half-open porch to the right of the garage has been closed in, and the columns at the main entrance are later additions. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
