A double-fronted Art Deco house, built following a 1927 building-permit application to plans by the architect Jean Teughels, whose signature it bears. The façade of brick and white artificial stone, of two storeys over a raised basement, stands on a bluestone plinth pierced by a garage entrance with polygonal arches. A broad flight of steps leads to the polygonal central entrance, framed by two trapezoidal bow windows that take in the plinth and both storeys, with mullions decorated with flat fluting. A panelled frieze runs beneath the wooden cornice, and three dormers open in the mansard roof.
