Art Deco house built following a 1925 building permit application, to plans by the architect Fernand Lippens, who signed the building. Its façade in red brick and white artificial stone, two storeys above a semi-sunken garage, is dominated by a trapezoidal bay window extended by an entrance porch, above which a wide bay of the same plan with five polygonal-arched openings rises on the upper floor. In the mansard roof, a wide dormer opens onto a balcony with an ironwork and masonry railing decorated with ornamental spheres. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory.
