An Art Deco house built in 1927 to plans by the architect André Mineur, who signed it. The façade in red brick and white imitation stone rises over two storeys above a semi-sunken garage closed beneath a polygonal arch. The gabled main bay, set between two clustered pilasters crowned by a geometric pinnacle, carries a two-storey trapezoidal bay window and, within the polygonal gable, a small triangular oriel. In the entrance bay, a flight of steps leads to a recessed porch. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
