Art Deco town house built for the clerk Louis Vermeylen to a 1928 design whose architect and contractor are unknown. The cornice façade, in red brick with white stone facing over two storeys on a bluestone plinth, has three bays and three storeys under a slate pseudo-mansard. Its Art Deco character lies mainly in the decorative carving and wrought iron: a bel-étage bow window decorated with flower baskets in half relief, a balcony, and a front door and garage door with spiral ironwork. The front façade was restored during the 1998 conversion into a house with a medical practice. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
