Semi-detached Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Lode Van Marcke (inscription on the façade) for Major Raymond Carion; work began on 3 October 1932 and was completed in 1933. Its façade combines brick in three colours (yellow Belvédère, wine-red klampsteen) and white stone in an expressive geometry: bevelled, diamond- and trapezoid-shaped openings, a three-sided oriel, a mitre-shaped pediment with triangular reliefs and a five-stepped attic. The hall retains a red and white marble chequerboard floor, black marble arcades, geometric leaded glass and a marble fireplace; the house was converted into a bank branch to a 2003 design. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
