A house of 1935 designed by the architect H. Faems for Georges Claus. This single-fronted house of two bays and three storeys under a flat roof has a brick facade faced in glazed white brick on a blue stone plinth. A triangular oriel projecting over two floors, a blue stone cornice and windows with leaded-glass fanlights characterise the elevation. The interior is reported to be well preserved. The house has been protected as a monument since 2002.
