Asymmetrical Art Deco house designed in 1933 for the contractor Marcel Verraes, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens (nos. 86 to 150). The brown-brick façade, enhanced with blue stone, has a door with a stone surround and dark brown ceramic facing, along with fluted decoration. Above the garage entrance, a two-storey trapezoidal projection carries a terrace with a parapet incorporating wrought-iron grilles. The cornice and the doors with grilled openings have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
