Art Deco town house built in 1933 by the architect A. Libotte. On a bluestone base, the three-storey red-brick façade is enhanced with rendered elements. The first floor is fronted by a trapezoidal bow window beneath a curved tiled roof. The original gated door opens beneath a scalloped arch beside a garage, and a wide dormer crowns the whole; the joinery has been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
