Maison Art déco, rue Léon Cuissez 51

Asymmetrical Art Deco town house designed by the architect A. Libotte in 1931. The red-brick façade is enhanced with rendered elements. The main bay, taller than the entrance bay, is fronted on the first floor by a small trapezoidal projecting bay formed by a window frame and its breast. The joinery has been preserved, including the small-paned window frames, coloured glass and stained glass. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
