Asymmetrical Art Deco apartment house designed in 1929 by the architect E. Draps. The brown-brick façade is enlivened with rendered elements and blue stone, with decorative brickwork in the spandrels and the entablature. The openings have polygonal arches, those of the ground floor with recessed surrounds. A trapezoidal bow window carries a terrace with a wrought-iron railing in front of a triple window; the door with its grilled opening survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
