Art Deco house of flats with a commercial ground floor, dating from 1932 and signed on the plinth by the architect Édouard Draps. The three-storey building has openings with curved arches; the ground floor, faced with green marble edged by a band of black marble, contains a wide shopfront with two recessed display windows beneath a continuous transom light filled with geometric stained glass. The upper floors in yellow brick, enhanced with bluestone, have bays set in stepped surrounds, pierced by triple windows with fluted colonnettes, and a single-storey oriel on a trapezoidal plan beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The cornice and the original door, with grilled openings and floral stained glass, survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
