Art Deco block of flats, whose ground floor originally housed a patisserie, signed on the plinth by the architect Édouard Draps, 1937. The ground floor is faced with yellow travertine enhanced with black marble, with a wide two-window shopfront and gilded aluminium frames. The upper floors, in leather-toned brick enhanced with white stone and white imitation stone, are marked by a large oriel with rounded corners, articulated by colonnettes with chevrons in green, black and gold mosaic. The four-storey building later received a mansard roof; the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
