The former private house of the architect and contractor J. Vanderzypen, built in 1929 in the Art Deco style. The three-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a low ground floor faced with blue stone and upper floors clad in white stone slabs; the door has jambs in the form of fluted quarter-columns. On the first floor a ribbon window forms a small bay beneath a continuous wrought-iron railing, while the second floor is treated as a loggia incorporating three planters; the cornices and window frames survive. The house is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
