Art Deco house divided into flats, of asymmetrical composition, built in 1930 by the architect Édouard Draps for a member of his family. The red brick façade is enhanced with rendered elements and bluestone; the ground-floor openings have mitred arches on tall springers, those of the upper floors brick flat arches, with tall keystones decorated with rings. A trapezoidal bay beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing fronts a triple window whose mullions are made of stacked geometric elements. The original cornice and the door with grilled openings have been preserved; the window frames have been replaced, reusing the stained-glass transoms. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
