Art Deco house, signed on the plinth by the architect Breeus, 1928. The symmetrical three-storey façade, in orange brick enhanced with rendered elements and bluestone, opens on the ground floor with three mitre-arched openings. The upper floors are flanked by grooved giant pilasters that rise past the cornice and end in geometric finials. A trapezoidal bay beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing fronts a triple window; the original cornice, the door with grilled openings and the second-floor window frames with small metal glazing bars have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
