Asymmetrical three-storey Art Deco house designed by the architect Michaud in 1935. The red-brick façade, with cemented and painted elements, stands on a bluestone base. The door, flanked by a small grilled window, is sheltered by a stone canopy; above it, a pier links narrow windows paired two by two. In the main bay, the round-arched ground-floor window is topped by a trapezoidal oriel. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
