Art Deco house designed by the architect de Saedeleer in 1935, of two storeys and asymmetrical composition under a mansard roof. The red-brick façade is set off with bluestone elements and cemented and painted details. In the main bay, a trapezoidal bay window carries the terrace of the dormer, enclosed by a cemented parapet framing a metal grille with Art Deco motifs. The door under its canopy is original and the window frames have been replaced to the former profile. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
