Art Deco rental house designed by the architect François Mees in 1937. Its three-storey façade combines red brick with bluestone elements. The upper floors are marked by an imposing brick oriel, emphasised by its curved form and the highly sculptural play of projecting brick elements. The door is original; the dormer was added in 1938. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
