Art Deco tenement house with an asymmetrical composition, designed in 1934 by the architect Breeus (an attribution marked with a question mark in the inventory entry). The façade, in leather-toned Hennuyères brick, is enhanced with Vaurion stone. The small recessed entrance porch, marked by two pillars, is topped by a cartouche bearing the inscription "CHU CHIN CHOW", a reference to a musical film released in 1934. The main bay is pierced by triple windows, one of them in a trapezoidal bay window under a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, and the small-paned joinery with a Japanese-inspired pattern was faithfully remade in 2006. In the same year, 1934, the same architect designed a garden pavilion (no. 99a); the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
