Art Deco apartment building designed in 1924 by the Bureau Technique & Architecture Gustave Gille, on the corner of Avenue Sleeckx and Avenue Eugène Demolder. Its façade of orange brick and white imitation stone, above a high plinth of bluestone rubble, rises six storeys beneath a mansard roof and is articulated by pilasters. The corners are marked by an oriel bay and a projecting bay, both forming engaged turrets. Towards the boulevard, the central entrance bay, under a scrolled shaped gable, opens through a round-arched porch; the building has two flats per floor. The cornices survive, but the joinery has been almost entirely replaced; the building is recorded in the inventory.
