Corner apartment house in the Art Deco style inspired by the Amsterdam School, designed in 1925 by the architect Maurice Selly for his own account. The three-storey building under a mansard roof with upturned eaves has a red-brick façade enhanced with bluestone, with three symmetrical bays towards both Boulevard Lambermont and Avenue Sleeckx. On the boulevard side, the central bay forms a projection with stepped corners and trapezoidal openings, where a loggia pierced by octagonal oculi was planned. Projecting brickwork and the original widely overhanging cornice complete the design; the joinery has been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
