Art Deco apartment building with an asymmetrical composition, signed on the ground floor "A. VERWACHT / ARCHITECTE / BRUXELLES" and dated 1934. It belongs to a coherent row of buildings stretching from no. 7 to no. 67. The yellow brick elevation, enhanced with bluestone, has in its main bay a trapezoidal oriel joined to the cornice, to which balconies with parapets and curved corners are attached in the entrance bay. The entrance, reached by a flight of steps, lies beneath a trapezoidal canopy that also shelters a curved wall section and window. The joinery and the front garden railing have been preserved; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
