Hôtel particulier, boulevard Lambermont 190-192

Art Deco town mansion designed in 1931 by the architects Paul Martin and A. Capon. Its bluestone and yellow-brick façade has two storeys on a high plinth and three unequal bays. The first forms a projecting block with a garage entrance, topped by a terrace; the second contains a stepped round-arched porch reached by a flight of steps. The joinery, doors with grilled openings and front-garden railings survive; the building is recorded in the inventory but not protected.
