Art Deco block of flats designed in 1928 by the architect Georges Huysens, on the corner of Avenue Eugène Demolder. It rises two storeys above a high plinth of flint pebbles, with two bays towards the avenue and four towards the boulevard, linked by an angled bay. The orange-brick façade, enhanced with white imitation stone and white stone, is pierced by rectangular, canted-corner or polygonal-arched openings and enlivened by geometric brick patterns. Most of the bays project in a variety of forms. The front and garage doors and the front-garden railing survive, while the window frames have been replaced; the building is recorded in the inventory.
