Art Deco apartment house of asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect Robert Crignier in 1930. The rendered elevation, enhanced with bluestone, rises under a mansard roof with a curved lower slope. The front door has a round arch and a fluted splay; in the main bay a low garage is surmounted by a trapezoidal oriel with continuous polygonal pilasters. Carved horse-chestnut foliage and a widely projecting flat cornice complete the façade, whose joinery is largely preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory.
