Art Deco town house with a workshop and office at the rear, built in 1930 in Sint-Amandsberg for Adolph Vercauteren, who owned a ready-made clothing business nearby; the architect's signature could not be deciphered. The symmetrical red-brick façade on a bluestone plinth has a central projection topped by a rendered gable rising above the cornice and decorated with a bearded-man motif, above a three-sided bay window with leaded glass. The wooden joinery survives. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
