Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by Jules Vandersichel for Maurice Vandevijvere, in Sint-Amandsberg. The brick cornice façade on a bluestone plinth has three storeys under a gabled roof; two giant pilaster strips with Art Deco ornament frame a rendered three-sided bay window decorated with Art Deco motifs. The ground-floor openings have basket arches and the transoms keep their original coloured glass. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
