Art Deco town house built under a building application of 1923, together with its neighbours at nos. 115 and 119, for the client Ch. De Potter to designs by the architect Charles Hoge. Of two bays and three storeys over a basement, under a flat roof, it has a red-brick façade with a moulded cornice, enriched with imitation stone. The slightly projecting left-hand bay carries a two-storey trapezoidal oriel above a three-sided window on the ground floor. The narrower door bay has three rectangular windows whose breastworks carry diamond-shaped panels with floral motifs in imitation stone; the surviving door opens beneath a shouldered arch and a tall three-light fanlight, and the windows have been renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
