Art Deco town house built under a 1924 permit application to the design of the architect Jules Van den Hende, for Albert D'Havé, who intended it to house part of his staff. The two-bay, four-storey house under a pitched roof has a rendered cornice façade on a blue-stone plinth with a vertical rhythm and a trapezoidal bay window rising over three storeys. Decorative panels with Art Deco floral motifs enliven the façade, which retains its original wooden door. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
