Art Deco building on the corner of Zebrastraat, designed by architect Charles Hoge for the client Ch. De Potter according to a 1923 permit application, together with the neighbouring houses at Tentoonstellingslaan 115 and 117; the shopfront bears the inscription "l'architecte/Ch. Hoge/Gand 1924". Four storeys high, it combines a shop on the ground floor with dwellings above, under a waisted, dome-shaped slate roof. The facing of white Silesian brick with grey brick accents, the corner bay with vertically paired windows, its polygonal window and domed crown, and the cement reliefs with floral motifs are typical of Art Deco. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
