Art Deco town house designed by and for the architect Henri Brons in 1933 and signed on the plinth. The architect designed the neighbouring house (no. 25) the same year, also for himself. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a white-stone ground floor with upper floors in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints. A rectangular flat-roofed projection with wooden columns carries a cornice that extends as a canopy over the front door, beneath a continuous transom light; the stone entablature frieze is decorated with spiral motifs. The window frames of the projection, filled with clear geometric stained glass, survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
