Art Deco town house designed by and for the architect Henri Brons in 1933 and signed on the plinth. The architect designed the neighbouring house (no. 23) the same year, also for himself. The two-storey façade under a mansard roof is clad in “snowcreet” white imitation-stone slabs, enhanced with bluestone. The door and a horizontal rectangular window, separated by a colonnette, share a single surround flanked by two white-stone bas-reliefs of kneeling women, one holding flowers and the other a mirror, the left one signed by the sculptor Jean Canneel. On the upper floor the central window incorporates a single-storey oriel on a trapezoidal plan; the joinery has been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
