Corner apartment building in a sober Art Deco style, designed in 1939 by the Ghent architect Camiel Lefebvre, whose name appears on the ground floor next to the entrance. Its six storeys under a flat roof, in red brick with recessed horizontal joints, are articulated by horizontal window bands between continuous string courses and by a semicircular corner bay. The name "Trianon Residence" appears in Art Deco lettering above the central projection, and each floor contained two apartments.
