Art Deco apartment building whose ground floor originally housed a pork butcher's shop, designed in 1925 by the architect Robberechts. In red brick, the upper floors are marked by two trapezoidal oriels in white stone, with triple arcades on polygonal columns, rising to a broadly projecting timber cornice. The ground floor, clad in black mosaic with gold touches, replaced a marble facing, probably in the 1950s. The building has one flat per floor and a rear workshop designed under the same permit.
