Art Deco house of flats from 1925, probably designed by the architect Robberechts, by analogy with the neighbouring building at no. 16. The asymmetrical façade with bays at staggered levels, in brown brick enhanced with white stone and bluestone, is marked by a three-storey trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace in front of a scalloped gable. The door, with polygonal pilaster jambs beneath a basket of fruit, is topped by a hexagonal oculus, a motif repeated beneath the cornice. The door, some of the frames with leaded coloured glass, the original cornice and the wrought-iron front-garden railing have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
