An Art Deco apartment house with an artist’s studio on the top floor, built in 1927 for the Misses Nackaerts and signed on the ground floor by the architect E. Vanlerberghe. The symmetrical four-storey façade, in cream brick trimmed with white stone and imitation stone, is marked on the middle storeys by two trapezoidal bow windows on corbels, topped by a continuous loggia with a wrought-iron railing. Stepped side faces, fluting and stylised plant motifs complete the decoration; the joinery survives. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
