Art Deco town house designed in 1934 by the architect Edmond Plétinckx. The two-storey elevation of two unequal bays combines red brick and green cimorné, enhanced with bluestone, in a play of recessed and projecting wall planes. The main bay has a triangular bay window flanked by pilasters, and a narrow window lights the entrance bay. The glazing-barred frames include stained glass with chevron motifs, and the glazed metal door has geometric decoration. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
