Art Deco house of two unequal bays and three storeys under a flat roof terrace, designed in 1933 by the architect Edmond Plétinckx. The façade is rendered in “coloured Tyrolean roughcast”. The main bay is marked by a forebuilding, rectangular on the ground floor and trapezoidal on the upper floor. The door, flanked by a narrow window, is sheltered by a curved reinforced-concrete canopy. The set-back top storey is fronted by a terrace resting partly on the forebuilding, with a tubular-steel railing. The façade bears a tall stepped frieze; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
