Art Deco town house designed by the architect Edmond Plétinckx in 1929. The three-storey façade combines red and yellow brick. On the first floor a trapezoidal bay window under a flat roof sits beside a window; on the second, two small twin triangular bays on brick corbels shape the cornice above them. The joinery survives: a door with openwork and geometric grilles, sash windows on the ground floor and small-paned windows on the upper floors. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
