Immeuble de rapport Art déco, avenue Gustave Latinis 72

Art Deco tenement building, signed on the ground floor "EDG PAREE / ARCHIT:" and dated 1930; together with no. 74 it forms a coherent pair of houses in the same style. The asymmetrical four-storey elevation under a flat roof, with a set-back attic top floor, is in red brick enhanced with rendered elements. In the main bay, a projection pierced by a garage entrance, with stepped side faces, forms a terrace with a parapet on the second floor, covered by a large flat canopy. The attic level is fronted by a terrace with a parapet, accompanied in the entrance bay by an original geometric railing. The doors have been preserved, the pedestrian one with geometric grilles; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
