A group comprising a corner apartment building with a shop on the ground floor (1934) and an apartment building (1936), both in the Art Deco style and designed by the architect Jos Bal, whose signature appears on the plinth of no. 127. The four-storey façades, in reddish-brown brick trimmed with imitation stone and blue stone, are enlivened by wide oriels ending in rounded balconies with brick parapets adorned with spherical ornaments. The rounded corner is emphasised by an oriel with ribbon windows flanked by columns; the commercial ground floor was renovated in 1942. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
