Art Deco house designed in 1925 by the architect Paul Dries for A. Reynaert; the inventory describes it as a powerful design of great stylistic purity, among the better examples of the style in the Venneborg district. The brick façade on a bluestone plinth is dominated by a massive rounded first-floor oriel, which visually continues into the terranova-rendered field of the mitre-shaped gable. The original joinery has been lost, but the front-garden enclosure designed by Dries, with wrought-iron railings between carved bluestone piers, survives. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
