Asymmetrical Art Deco town house designed in 1928 by the architect Maurice-A. Van Cauwelaert. The yellow-brick façade, enlivened with white stone on a bluestone plinth, has rectangular windows of various sizes. An imposing bow window, topped by a terrace with tubular railings, stands in front of a triple window. The recessed entrance porch, with a horseshoe arch, is surmounted by a panel carved with a heron in a sunlit landscape. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
