Art Deco house of two storeys under a mansard roof, designed in 1935 by the architects Antoine De Smedt and Pierre Vankerkhoven. The brick façade, laid on edge over most of the ground floor, has openings with thin surrounds of black glazed stoneware. The upper floor is marked by a large projecting bow window on a segmental plan, in white cimorné render, lit by three windows separated by mullions faced with stoneware tiles; its top forms the parapet of the balcony in front of a long dormer. The glazed door is screened by geometric ironwork and the small front garden is enclosed by a low tubular-steel railing. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
