Art Deco house designed in 1935 by the architect Fernand Barbaix and built by the contractor Pierre Verhaeren. The yellow-brick façade is enhanced with white stone. On the ground floor, two unequal sections curve on a quarter-ellipse plan towards the recessed entrance door: on the left a large window with multiple transoms and mullions, on the right a small window. The upper floor has two unequal windows, a triplet with a tubular-steel rail and a window with a projecting breast, beneath bands of bricks on edge forming continuous lintels; a large dormer crowns the whole. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
