Two-storey, three-bay Art Deco house dated 1927. The red brick facade, partly rendered in white, has bricks laid in stepped patterns on the base and between the bays. The openings have rendered lintels; those of the central bay are wider and divided by two mullions, and on the upper floor the taller side windows are topped by projecting wall sections rising above the cornice. In 1999 the architect Didier Havenne added an attic storey under a curved roof on the former flat roof, raising these wall sections to form the piers of a tubular steel railing. The house is recorded in the inventory.
