Art Deco house of two bays and three storeys under a mansard roof, designed in 1928 by the Dinant architect Édouard Frankinet at the same time as the house at Avenue du Val d’Or 79, with which it shares a plot running through the block. The red brick façade, marked by projecting rendered elements, has on the upper floors two triangular oriels linked by two balconies, one with a geometric wrought-iron railing. A large wall dormer shelters the second-floor balcony. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
