Maison Art déco, rue Gisbert Combaz 25

Asymmetrical Art Deco house built in 1926 by the architects Éloi Drake and Louis Deltombe. Its façade combines yellow brick, which forms the framework of the elevation, with red brick and rendered elements. The ground floor has a garage door topped by a window and a pedestrian door, above which is a window under a lintel with successive steps. The main bay is marked by a trapezoidal oriel with corners picked out in stepped brickwork, resting on a stepped corbel. The building is recorded in the inventory.
