Art Deco house built in 1927 to plans by the architect J. Vanderstraet, on a through plot that gives it a second façade at Rue Gisbert Combaz 26. The partly rendered white-brick façade has four storeys, the top one built in 1935 to replace a mansard roof. The three ground-floor openings are decorated with stained glass in a geometric pattern, and the glazed and grilled door, framed in bluestone, is sheltered by a canopy. The middle storeys form a three-sided oriel that opens on the third level into a loggia with a trapezoidal terrace, protected by an iron railing with a curving handrail. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
